
拋開一切其他問題不談,客戶僅僅對這一個問題要求sixT給出合理解釋:客戶之前預定的標致308車型明明可以放得下兩個24英寸行李箱(租租車平臺上已標注),該客服人員為什么提出行李箱放不下的問題?
因為這個不存在的問題讓客戶多付出數(shù)百英鎊代價,雖然數(shù)額不算大,但因為事后溝通對方態(tài)度以及結(jié)果,使客戶體驗與感受非常差。

When I came back to pick up the car, it was once again Mr. Lacen who assisted me. The entire process was efficient and professional, and most importantly, I received the exact car model I had reserved—which made my journey all the more perfect.
It was my first time using Europcar, and I must admit that I was initially quite anxious due to the many negative reviews I had read online. However, my actual experience was outstanding. The service was attentive, there were no unexpected charges, and the return inspection went smoothly.
